Professional salesmanship at MAG Volvo

Volvo customer service and overseas delivery is a joke. Unprofessional and unable to fulfill promises made. Dealership however is very supportive but has limited resources to help. This is my first Volvo and I love the car. Have not decided if I will ever buy another one not because of dealership but because Volvo corporate. Never got to travel to Sweden and was lied to by Customer Service at Overseas delivery. Josh and Carlos at the dealership are very nice and helpful.

Had a great service experience at Mag Volvo. The pickup service is awesome and the video I received showing my car and its inspection was very helpful. Overall communication was great with Dillon my advisor.

Thank you for asking this question. We are committed to following the CDC guidelines. We wear masks, social distance and sanitize our vehicles after test drives and/or demonstrations. Our service department sanitizes and wipes down vehicles upon arrival before being taken to our technicians. Once repaired the vehicle along with the key(s) are sanitized and returned to the customer. Our facilities are cleaned several times a day and sprayed using disinfectant. At MAG we strive to take every precaution for the health and safety of our customers and co-workers. Please let us know if you have any further questions as we will be happy to answer them.
