horrible service. Sends us one bill for property taxes for two installments that need to be paid. Expects us to remember to pay the second installment without notification. Then after being late and penalized, then they want to send a reminder about being late.

Secured property taxes are due and payable in two installments. The 1st installment is due on November 1 and delinquent if not paid after 5:00 PM on December 10. The 2nd installment is due on February 1 of the following year, and if not paid is delinquent after 5:00 PM on April 10. If December 10 or April 10 falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, no penalty is charged if payment is made by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day.
