What do you do about a next door neighbor that kids make noices until late night...and we have been over there 2 and asked them to please keep it down and they make noise anyway...should I call the police?

I would definitely talk to them 1 more time, then go to housing and make an official complaint thereafter if that if it doesn't work.

I have lived on post for 13 years, the houses are super old, and walls are paper thin. Speak with your neighbors again, but kids and dogs are 2 things that will annoy you living on post. GL.

I would speak to housing first and see if they can talk to your neighbors.
