I send my passport to the embassy in washington dc on june 25, 2019. I did put the prepaid self return envelop inside as well. I did the rush service. Do i need to put a trackable lable on the return envelop. .

I did track mine... I always track my mail ... But u can decide not to track it though... It's a personal decision👍

It's a decision you have to make if you want to track the stages of your Passport delivery, but it's not necessary. If you are still expecting your Passport to arrive in your mail and it is taking longer than expected, you can call the embassy.
