No one ever answers when you call no matter what time of day. Mailbox is filled and when you email this location no one responds. Very unacceptable

Does anyone work here? I submitted an online request for a passport appointment in March 2022 and have yet to get a response. Don't try calling...you won't get an answer.

The information you need can be obtained at the link below. https://foreign.gov.tt/missions-consuls/tt-missions-abroad/diplomatic-missions/embassy-washington-dc-us/
U will have to go up to DC because that what I did they are very short staffed did u submit ur info to their website
Yes they need to see your original document for example citizenship certificate or green card. It depends as on if you are comfortable sending those docs by mail.
How much does a passport cost
Hi Beulah, We need to know what type of Trinidad and Tobago passport you want to renew. Is it an old hand written passport or a machine readerable passport?
Money order
US 60.00 for Renewal & US 25.50 for Postage
Not sure you need to call and find out
Yes
Go to the embassy with your new tt birth paper and fill the passport form out with the appropriate fee
I am not sure you will have to call them. I think you can travel on it and get the new one at home before return.
For guidelines to apply for a MRP renewal visit: www. Foreign.gov.tt
Hi Maria. You have to go in person to the T&T embassy for renewal.
They claim they do, but you pay an expedition fee and and it still takes forever
You should get current info directly from the website or you can call in. On Feb 9 2019, their website says: 1st MRP and RENEWALS: MONEY ORDERS are the ONLY form of payment that will be accepted for ALL APPLICATIONS. For Persons under 2 years of age, and persons 60 years of age and older, $20.00 For persons between 2 and 59 years of age, $60.00 Add $25.50 money order for mail-in applications.
It takes about 6 to 8 weeks.
6 to 12 weeks
It's easier for us to track the progress of your passport through the MRP number written on the receipt. We are able to track it using your name and date of birth.
You give them a call,if you have that number above your paper they give you they will ask for that number and you give it to them.
