This is official website to Australia government which you can obtain ETA visa to travel to Australia. Fees may be required. https://www.eta.homeaffairs.gov.au/ETAS3/etas?locale=en&tab=&submit=apply
No, I have not applied through visa office at the Embassy. where we can find the applicable visa form, do we have to be present at the Embassy? I appreciate you and your help.
https://usa.embassy.gov.au/white-house-tours-and-visiting-washington-dc "PLEASE NOTE: The White House website states that foreign nationals should contact their Embassy to arrange a tour. Public tours for foreign nationals must be requested via an Embassy AND the U.S. Department of State. However, the U.S. Department of State has not facilitated Embassy-sponsored public tours since 2011. We will update this page if this situation changes. As Embassy-sponsored public tours of The White House are not available, you might wish to explore alternative White House experiences such as a visit to The White House Visitor Center or take a virtual tour. Further details can be found on The White House website" Diane, the Whitehouse website https://www.whitehouse.gov/about-the-white-hous tells you to see your embassy to arrange, and the Australian embassy website says to arrange with the Whitehouse, it's a circle of confusion. The White House visitor center is what seems to be the only option.
Unless you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, you will need a visa to enter Australia. You’ll find more information here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-finder
Yes i'm very sure you can Heather.
Definitely go to the embassy
Hi, thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer individual visa questions. Visas to Australia are handled by the Australian Department of Home Affairs. We suggest you call the Home Affairs Global Service Centre on +61 2 6196 0196 (please be advised that international call rates may apply) or refer to the website: www.homeaffairs.gov.au.
All foreign travellers, except New Zealand citizens, must obtain a visa or travel authority before travelling to Australia. Learn more about the best visa for you here: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/entering-and-leaving-australia/entering-australia
Hi John, assuming you are talking about the Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) Subclass 601 visitor visa (less than 3 months stay)? If you hold a US passport, you will need to download the Australian ETA app to your mobile device and complete the process that way. See instructions: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/electronic-travel-authority-601#HowTo
Australia does not have social security cards. The Australian tax system uses a Tax File Number. The Australian Taxation Office does not have representatives working within the Embassy. Your best course of action would be contacting them via their website.

The embassy doesnt do Visa's, they only deal with passports; go to the embassy's website, and check the different links for information regarding that; may even be a contact number......
Hmm haha
