They don’t answer the phone. (From What I am hearing people aren’t even in the building). Takes forever to send a Visa. They are not considerate of the date you are leaving. Just take their time for a stamp. Wait until the last minute to process. Just cause unnecessary stress for no reason. Service and turn around time needs to improve. People need to get out of their old mindsets and do right by people.Somebody needs to over see this embassy because clearly they cannot work independently.
