why doesn't any one answer the phones I've been on hold for forever and when I've tried calling for weeks now i can never get thru, and why is it that when i go to your website it trys to get me to install a safe search thing that i didnt ask for any

I was there last summer & had no problems & got great service. Sorry to hear about your problems.

The building is under construction and they don't have as many front desk people or medical assistants. They're a bit short staffed but ive always received excellent care at Valley View Surgery Center.

I've had the very same problem, took probable 20 tries, I reported it when I had my appointment, and they acted like I didnt know how to use a phone. I'll never go back!!!!!
