If you can, try to go somewhere else, this place is a joke. Do not respect people's time. I get it sometimes the are delays being seen, but 3 hours is unacceptable. This is the second time that it has happened. When you ask the check in people they react like they don't care one bit.

I would give this place less than a star if I could whene u schedule 7 am procedure don't schedule it for 10 other people aswell currently been waiting for an hour and 10 mins for a 7 am appointment

After waiting one hour past my appointment time, I was told it'll be 2 to 3 more hours before it's my turn to be called to be prepared for the procedure. And then what? Wait a few more hours for the doctor till it's my turn? That's when I walked out. "Not enough staff" because of all the medical people who quit during the pandemic is NOT AN EXCUSE. If you know you don't have enough staff, then DO NOT SCHEDULE SO MANY PEOPLE!!! Also, like other reviews, the small waiting room was ridiculous - more than totally packed. Some people had to wait outside.

The place has completely changed it's a very nice place now I've had two procedures there recently and was in very good hands I never felt unsecured with them good luck with your procedure
no people ask questions everytime theu answer it never ends
You can go grab you some lunch and go wait for them to call you or you can go home and wait it takes a few hrs you dont to be waiting that long in the parking lot .😊
Just go to your appointment. They are going to take your temperature when you walk into the door anyway. Then if you don't have a high temperature you can fill out the paperwork.
The easy access is by using Uba.very reliable.. time in and out.
I have had times when I would have been dates and times when I did not if there is no visible blood at the injection site or active bleeding then there's no need to put a bandaid on it
They have a lot of construction going on down there as they're remodeling the whole place they're very professional they take very good care of you I've had two procedures done there in the last 6 months
I was there last summer & had no problems & got great service. Sorry to hear about your problems.
