Called to make an appointment then was told it would be a 2 hour hold time and opted for the call back feature, which turned into a call being received 4 hours later. Just to be on hold for 5 minutes and realize that the office was closed!! Guess they don't want new patients!

I went here and I seen Dr. Martinez for the first time. He wasn’t really showing any concerns or interest in how I felt. Also my lab test came back and he told the front desk clerk Veronica to call me with results he noted to her that my (Urea Nitrogen (BUN) ) levels were normal and that was not true. I have an account with Quest Diagnostic so I got my results about 2 weeks before the call today. So I know my Urea Nitrogen (BUN) levels were extremely low. And I take kidney failure or liver failure seriously and Dr. Martinez should to doesn’t matter my age. He should have mentioned to her the low bun levels but instead he told he they were normal because she told me she’s only giving me information he’s giving her (because I had to correct her) and that’s false and no doctor should give a patient false reading ever. So if he’s done this to me and I only seen him 1 time I can only imagine how many patients think there ok because he told them and they weren’t. This is sad and heartbreaking and is a very serious matter.

Brandy - We're so sorry for any possible confusion. Within the same plaza we have *420 N. Nellis Blvd* which provides OB/GYN and Pediatric care.
This has happened to me several times. If you call your provider that gave you the referral and give em' he'll about it, especially with something as serious as a blood clot! They might get you right in. It sucks that you have to get upset with these Drs and the uncaring staff, but it works. I've gone off on them crying and said fine I'll just go to the emergency room. And boom suddenly they have an appointment. Good luck hun!

X-ray opens at 800 and no appointment is needed. X-ray closes at 5 o'clock and it is walk in basis no appointment needed.
