SCAM! NOT LEGITIMATE ER. STAY AWAY. We were assured by the medical staff at 2 offices, and this one that there was a medical professional at this location that could solve our issue. The other southwest medical locations even called ahead and verified this information. We waited for 45 mins, my wife literally coughing up blood to only be called back and told there was nothing they can do for us. We paid $45, and our insurance was billed, for absolutely nothing, literally nothing. We were told information that we already knew and told them we knew and told good luck and to leave the premises. What a joke.

I had a great experience here at the treatment center on the lower level. Heather and Felicia were my nurses for my iron infusions and they were great! Zuri was awesome, too! It was quick, no waiting time and I was out in 45 mins! Would definitely have more infusions done here.

Everyone here from Admitting to Discharge is professional, friendly and caring. I highly recommend this place for all of your health care needs. Even if there is a line to be admitted, it goes so fast that you think that you are their only patient. I have been here more than 4 times in the last month and a half and haven't had one problem or unpleasant experience.

The woman doing my neck ultrasound was absolutely rude. Long red hair.... She's a miserable soul. Laughed at what I told her my doctor said about my health condition. She's not a people person. Put her on a register. She's an angry passive aggressive person. Wrong for the job.
