Incredibly rude, especially Yolanda. Once hung up on me when I needed 30 seconds to get an answer I didn't have on hand, wait time is never less that 30 minutes on the phone- and you usually have to call a couple times to get someone helpful. My MiL is a chronic pain patient who has to go without her management medication *and* her heart medication because this place does not follow through. "The doctor will fill it and send it today" becomes "He was busy yesterday and will do it before he leaves today" becomes "You need to come in 4 days from now before we can refill" becomes "You need to come in a second time a week after *that* to get your prescription sent and we won't explain why" becomes "we sent it to the wrong pharmacy, come in again." Ridiculous. People suffer when medical professionals stop caring at all, and it's flat out vile to treat that responsibility like you're a bored teenager who has better things to do.

PRACTICE OWNER. Take note. I’m sure I’m not the only one receptionists has treated like this. Whoever was the receptionist handling the phones for appointments Today (9/20/22) around 10:45am…. Was horrible!! Absolutely no customer service. Rude and sounded bothered that I was asking questions about doctor’s availability’s. abruptly Hung up on me for mentioning that I would have to look at my calendar to make a final decision on date and time. I was a considering making a new patient appointment. Unfortunately due to this one employee, I will not be brining my business/health needs to this practice.

I did have a bad experience but they are doing everything they can to fix the issue and move forward. I appreciate that.

I love this location. The staff are very friendly my doctor gardner is one of the best doctors that I know of you are a life saver. Too me Too doctor for all you do for me I appreciate you!! God bless you 🙏
