In a word: OUTSTANDING. The entire staff was absolutely great. The hero of the day was the IV Tech or nurse. I was nervous about that being painful, she was such a pro at her job that it was almost zero pain! Wow! Just thanks to all for making a stressful experience, really great. I will say yes, it can be tricky with the phone system to get connected to a live person, but eventually someone did return my calls which was good. Thank you to the entire staff!

A VERY POORLY RUN CENTER. THE STAFF THAT CHECKS IN PTS ACT DO JADED AND BURNT OUT. THEY TREAT PTS AND FAMILY VERY POORLY, THEIR TONE AS IF PRIPLE ARE CHILDREN THAT NEED TO OBEY. THE WAITING AVERAGE IS OVER AN HOUR WHEN THEY URGE PEOPLE TO BE ON TIME. THEY LOUGH WHEN PTS AND FAMILY GET UPSET AND RIGHT OUT SAY “PEOPLE ARE CRAZY “ because prople dare complain. They say “ rides got to go”. We paying their salary and they act as doing us a favor. VERY POORLY RUN CENTER, worst I have I seen in my career.

From walking into the center on 8/18/2022 for a colonoscopy to exiting the center was phenomenal. I have had several surgical procedures performed at this center over the years & have never experienced any problems. The staff from check-in to recovery have always been awesome, professional, knowledgeable, caring, kind & helpful. I couldn't imagine having my surgeries at any other facilities! Keep it up Southwest Medical Surgery Center!

No, not currently. The lower level parking garage is a good place to sit in the car and wait. They do call when you are in rexoveryt, so if he were to go somewhere, he would be back in time to pick you up.
Yes on the lower level
Dorene - Sorry, we do not.
For the Charleston Surgery Center, it is accessible from either side (east or west), but the easiest entrance (both visibility and closeness) is the west side of the building (there's a slight uphill grade as you pull in).
