The place is a mess starting with DR. Hubbard either her or her front desk or assistants they don’t know what’s going on and don’t respect patients and it’s just a mess on everything sadly , I do hope they change that because people go there to get help not to have people laugh at them or ignore them or just not care specially the place . The staff and doctor are nice but as professionals not a good place because they still need to grow and respect patients .

I do not recommend. I would get bills saying I spent 20 min each visit when I didn't even talk to Dr okorofor for more than 5 min on video chat. She would constantly push her religion on me every call and I would continuously tell her I'm not Christian. If a Christian holiday was coming up or passed she would ask what I was doing/did I remind her every single session that I wasn't Christian "well maybe if"- like what? Really? I started doing my appointments every few months instead of every month then I just stopped going. Don't need you or your Bible thumping religion

Went back to Dr. Del Rosario after over a decade of not seeing him. Still very professional and helpful. I had a question about the medication he put me on and called after hours. My call was returned promptly and the person who called was able to help me and was very kind and professional. I’m glad Central Point Psychiatry and Dr. Del Rosario are still here to help me with my needs for treatment.

This is one of the worst offices I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Never do they return calls when you leave a voicemail or answer their phones. Check your billing too. You spend at most ten minites with your doctor and they charge your insurance for 39 plus minutes. Wish I could say the doctor is worth it, sadly this isn't true either. You tell them how meds are making you feel and they want to up your dose, add the fact that they don't act like they even remember you. Topper is you get scheduled for a time and they just decide to see you whenever. Horrible experience all around and has left me feeling more anxiety then when I first started going.

You are so right. Do I have to call the Police to go over there and see what's going on, people's health, like mine are at risk
Same here . Best solution is to call your dr/counselor directly and ask them to make changes. They dont have the necessary staff to handle the incoming calls.
