Poor customer service. The scheduling incorrectly scheduled me for a PCP appt with a doctor who was not even in. Front desk lady didn't try hard to get me in sooner. And she happened to hang up on me after rescheduling. I love how customer service has gone to garbage after covid.

No they do not
With Sierra H&L, my total expense for two distinctly different events was only $50 per occurrence. They are encouraging patients to use Urgent Care instead of ER. I was very satisfied with my care here.
