Pop on by. Ask if its OK to buy and sell on the internet. ;) Does not matter if you do, or do not. Just ask. -5 stars. IMO

Fair prices, actually whenever he has silver rounds/bars his prices are 9/10 better than anyone else. He always had good prices on silver eagles and silver maple leafs. Usually $2 or $3 cheaper than other coin shops around the area. Plus he always answers questions you may have with a knowledgeable response.

I had a fine experience, prompt, courteous, and fair. I inherited a bunch of coins from my father. I'm not a collector, but I did a lot of research before selling the collection off. At Fontana Coin, I was promptly and politely greeted, my coins were quickly assessed, and I received what I believe is a fair market value for them. There were other folks hanging around the shop, browsing the displays and chatting with the shop owner (about coins, about sports, about family, and about anything else). From conversations with my father before he died, I recognized this as standard behavior for collectors. The shop owner was equally attentive and engaged with these collectors and with me, promptly serving me without ignoring the collectors.

I have been coming here since I was a teenager and Bob has always been professional and courteous. Over 20 years later, Bob always has the nicest and most professional looking suite with plenty of unique coins and bullion. Look for his holiday themes too throughout the store...he is an asset to the business community of Fontana. If you are looking to buy or sell your coins or bullion...this is the place.
