Just all around not good. Sometimes when you pay your rent they will sent you an eviction notice still and you have to prove that you indeed payed. Communication sucks.

I live here and honestly just don’t do it !!!! There is never parking for guests and they always shut off the water and power out of no where to work on things. There is a pool but the management almost never opens it. Plus management keeps raising rent and adding more rules!!!! Don’t do move here !!!

Manager Rene has been approving tows. Even towed my visitors car this morning. Why is there visitor parking if you are towing visitors cars? Manager lives on site and also parks car in the visitor parking lot. If only it was not so expensive to move a mobile home I would have been gone.
