TERRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! The absolute WORST company a company could use to transport freight. First delivery scheduled, they sent to Los Angeles from Fontana to be delivered in Chino Hills, then couldn’t deliver because it wasn’t loaded on the truck according to their customer service representative. Reschedule was placed on me the customer to call and make the arrangements, but the original delivery was scheduled for the 22nd a Friday. Attempted to reschedule and guess what, you can’t! Because the system was still registering the original delivery that they screwed up. So I had to wait the weekend to reschedule for hopefully that Monday, but nope, can’t do that either. First available was 5 days later so have to miss work AGAIN due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism. No one thought to notify the customer of any of the aforementioned issues, had I not called I wouldn’t have known anything. Lastly, I still haven’t received the delivery. Nor has anyone contacted me regarding the details or status of the deliver. This company is TRASH!!! They deserve negative stars!

Dispatch team office of CEVA is nice and helpful. But be ready my fellow truckers wait for unloading 3-4 hours minimum up to 8 hours. Overall ok place to deliver.

If you have a live load here and don’t work directly for Ceva, you’re going to wait 6-10 hours approximately. No joke. I’ve been here 3-4 times and it’s always the same. Nightmare for OTR drivers. They say, they don’t have a time frame for live loads, it can take up to unlimited amount of time to get even started…. I’m putting them on my black list today! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Picked up a load when wasn't even busy and it took over 6 hours to get out-of there. I forgot my DL there so I called and no one answered the phone. Doesn't the corporation monitor feedback or they don't care either.

Please contact your retailer (Costco, Walmart, etc) and have them handle issues. Unfortunately logistics companies DO NOT CARE about you as a customer, which is why you should have their client (your vendor) handle these problems. They stand to lose the contract from them not from you. Don't let them get away with terrible service, contact your vendor.

Been trying to call for an update on a delivery and no one has answered for the past 4 hours. Is the a 24 Hr line?
