I would love to give a 5 star just to the young lady that helped me as much as she could it is so unfortunate of this new company that took over how they been managing the store I see no good customer service from this cube smart. Very upsetting that it’s been close and for the young lady I believe her name is Sonya being new employee to the company not knowing so much good she tried her best I appreciate that thank you again Sonya I really hope they don’t lose customers with all this new change

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a code that is assigned to each individual tenant.
To keep you and your information secure we have set up multiple ways you can pay including using our mobile app, our online customer center, stopping by the office, or mailing a check directly to your local facility. Additionally, we offer the convenience of AutoPay, which will automatically charge your Mastercard, Discover, Visa, or American Express each month without additional fees. You can also call our secure, automated payment line.

Hi Aurora, Community members can access their units through the gate with their gate code from 7am to 7pm any day of the year. The office doesn't have to be open for you to get to your space.
