King Tut exhibit was most disappointing. Concept of 'lighthouse' and being surrounded by images is a great idea but was not at all up to the price paid. Cafe drink prices are beyond ridiculous prices and selection was poor. Just a heads up on that to get something before or after if you choose to see something else here. I heard the other exhibit for Van Gogh was better. Tut was just not at all good.

If I could give this place a 0 I would! Went to The "King Tut Experience" What a total rip off! Very unprofessional looking staff, the whole thing looks like a high school production. You charge people outrageous prices for a 30min animated show? I am outraged for the fraud that is your "show"! This is a huge tourist trap that leads you always back to the gift shop which by the way everything is always 75% off!!!! Oh Wow! GIVE ME A BREAK!

It was interesting. Not quite what I expected. Slightly disappointed.

This was a memorable experience see Van Gogh and King Tut. I felt bathed in colors and sound

I had a friend use a wheelchair they had on hand. Call front desk just to confirm as we all know these things can be a hassle.
Unfortunately there's not, but trust me; it's worth the price mate!
Give yourself 45 min.you exit out thru the gift shop . There was an artist there also if you wanted to talk to her. It's different than VaN Gogh because it includes ot he etc Impressionists
No masks are not required for the Van Gogh exhibit
Yes. Call to get directions how to find it.
Tickets are expensive. No discounts. Over holidays you can find them by 1 get 1.
Yes but dont use a flash and be respectful not to get photos of other people's faces if you want to post them publicly
Parking is located at Galleria Parking Garage, 4394N N Wells Fargo Ave. There are also a number of public parking lots located near the venue, as well as a limited amount of street parking with 2 to 3 hour limits
Yes, just ask one of the attendants for a chair and they will bring one out for you
To get into the exhibit you need to go down an escalator or cement stairs, there is no way around this. They can provide you a chair but the exhibit is about 30 minutes long. Parking is also pretty far away 4394n N Wells Fargo Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 so if you can't walk far I would not advise attending
7375 E Stetson Dr Parking That's where I parked, about a 6 minute walk. Lots of parking spots nearby if you get lucky
parking garage is 4394n N Wells Fargo Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 level 2 parking as a guest - if you own a truck the height of the garage might be an issue you can also park in front of business as well with a 2hour limit from 6am to 6pm mon thru Friday and no limit on weekends.
I actually don't know. I would try emailing them, or calling
I would not take her. A little flashing but lots of movement and light changing.
In the bigger room, but as others have said , get there early or plan on staying past your scheduled time to see the show again , people will get up .the show is about 1hr
🤷🏽 Chances are they are nonrefundable.
I saw someone in a wheel chair so there was access.
You can stay as long as you would like but there is only 2 rooms that display the same 36 minute show
there are no age limits, but little ones might get bored after 10-15 minutes without snacks and moving around a little bit. I took my 20 month old grandson and it worked out great. we sat on the floor for the first 10 minutes listening and watching, bought another 10-15 mins with snacks, then spent the last half hour walking around, talking about the shapes and colors, touching the animated walls
We also used street parking not a very far walk and 2 or 3 hour parking.
You can buy tickets at the venue, it'll rely very much so on the time and day you go as far as the number of patrons. They will tell you when they exhibits full and about every 30 to 45 minutes a new exhibit starts
The line is quick to verify you have a ticket and not bringing anything not approved into the show. It only took us a few minutes to get through.
Yes, and no they are not free. Maybe discount codes for that. Just please remember it's Audio & Visual exhibit so loud and bright at moments. Let adults have their time without kids, afternoon tickets available.
I would check your spam and junk and if it is not there, I would use their chat feature to ensure your order went through. When I bought mine them had a confirmation and my tickets shortly after via email.
Until Feb I believe
I believe you have to buy online because all admissions are timed to keep crowd size down.
They will email the tickets a day or so before
Not sure if it has been extended, but you can reserve tickets online. Seems to be easier that way than trying to buy once you get there.
Reserved seating was not an option when I attended. I did see the staff help a disabled person find a seat. I went on a weekday and was able to get seating after the first video loop so I was only standing for about 35 minutes. Some people sat on the floor in the front.
The pads are only for vip, or that was the case this past Sunday. The third "room" in the experience has a few seats in parts. You'd be best there. It's really only four rooms, three display the interactive experience simultaneously, so once you've seen one room you've seen the other two. The only different room has the letters on the wall. The gallery should be ADA compliant though and should give you priority to seating.

Yes it's a 30 minute loop you can Arrive and start watching at any time. Just stay until you reach the point you started at. The exhibit will end in November.
You can reach them via email from the website
You have to return to the facility and let them know you never received a poster they will give you one or a postcard or sunflower
No phone number but I did email them and they are supposed to be sending to me.
