You have to return to the facility and let them know you never received a poster they will give you one or a postcard or sunflower
When I returned it they asked my if I wanted t he poster or the flower and I got right there and then
I got mine when I turned in the cushion

You get your choice of a flower or a poster. If you did not recieve either, call them or just drive back down. I'm sure one of the ticket takers outside will help you out.
