Got a test with them, called afterwards 10 times to get an invoice to send to my insurance… since it’s all up-front billing. Not cheap. Still haven’t received any billing information or invoice from my payment 2 weeks later.

Price fraud!! I called their office to book 2 rapid PCR tests for international travel. The rep informed me that the cost of the test would be $150 each and I also confirmed this information on their website...see pic! However, when we showed up to take our test the price magically changed to $180 per test. I called SeaBio several times and asked to speak with a manager regarding this price change, but the manager never returned my call. Clearly they are lying on the cost of their PCR test and I will also be reporting them to the local BBB. STAY AWAY!

We got our RT-PCR for travel at Seabio Labs. At the drive thru the 2 gentlemen there who did our swab test was gentle and great. There was a little bit of an issue with the test result but Pam was there to help and resolve it. Overall I would rate them 5 stars.
