I have been a patient for years. THIS OFFICE HAS GONE DOWN HILL in a very big way. No one ever answers the phone from the office. They have someone answer the phone that knows nothing and then ;passes along the message and no one ever calls back. I cannot believe Dr. Patel has let his business deteriorate to this low level. I have been trying to get my medical records to my new doctor for days, and my new doctor still does not have them. THREE DAYS trying to get these records out of this terrible office. WHAT HAPPENED DR. PATEL to "the Sleep Doctor of the Year"????

Don't recommend them at all. Stay away unless you're using cash and not insurance. I have been attempting to get in touch with someone in your billing department since September 6. Seven emails and 3 VMs not returned. Literally no one in your billing department is doing anything to help me. And the billing issue is because the billing department didn't do it's job when working with the insurance and now I am sick with the full bill.

I have been a patient of the sleep institute for 5 years and have found them to be professional, friendly and thorough. The only concern i have with them is that they use Valley Respiratory Services as their sole outlet for fulfilling prescriptions and services. That is the reason for the 3 stars. It would otherwise be 5. Their service outlet is without a doubt the the most inept and inferior business possible in the entire valley. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews relative to Valley Respiratory Services prior to having a prescription sent to them. It will be a horrible experience!

From a medical standpoint, the company was fine, though not outstanding. However, months after settling my bill with them, they keep sending me bills for outstanding balances that don't exist. I then have to waste my time getting these taken care of. I would not recommend using them.

Until all your questions are answered. I never felt rushed. You will probably have to schedule a sleep study, and return for another appointment for the results.

You should call their office. They are very helpful and can determine whether or not they will be on your plan this year and probably next, too.
