I opened an account with td ameritrade. We started with $430,000. After over a year and 3 months they still weren’t able to get my Ira account opened. I was promised so many things that never came to fruition. when I signed in to give them a lousy review of my experiences, I could see review after review is upset customers and they all had written one star reviews ⭐️ After hours and hours a phone calls and transfers I got a Supervisor named Joshua Pella. He promised he would get all my concerns taken care is including refunding me for 3 months of fees, (probably around $300. I thanked him for his help even though based on my past experiences with td ameritrade and I asked him what he sent me something in writing or by email and he did not. I tried calling and calling and again nothing. Got a hold of a supervisor Michael Peters telephone number and left several messages for him and no response at all. What a bunch of liars protecting liars. Look how terrible their reviews are. Can you imagine this from the financial service company? They know if they do nothing the customers will just give up. I am also in the process of reporting them to FINRA. for abuse of the elderly.

I have dealt with nothing but horrible customer service from all types of businesses in the past few years UNTIL NOW, thank you Josh Lawson for restoring my faith. Josh has been not only responsive, he has gone above and beyond to make sure my account questions are answered in a timely fashion, and anything I have needed taken care of, he has personally overseen. Thank you Josh Lawson for such outstanding customer service, your commitment to your profession is beyond reproach.

Terrible, awful, horrible customer service. Have been trying for a month to set up an appointment at one of their branches. Three attempts, zero returned calls. I don't see why I should beg this company to help me open a retirement account when there are surely better options out there. I'm considering closing out my existing accounts with TD Ameritrade (or is it now Charles Schwab?) and moving on.

Very fine. Just need to wait to see if 4th stimulus arrives. I have 4 choices one is the northwest Co everyone is talking about. One newsletter says options dead. Also need to ask about premiums. One stock from PayPal like a roller coaster was hopeful buying capital there. Thanks for reaching out.
