I didn't notice any children that young inside the event. You can call to confirm the age allowance. It is a much visual stimulus, there are times where you feel like the room is moving. May cause nausea for little ones. It is very cool, I loved it. But may not be for ones that young.
You just sit/stand there and watch a 30 min video projected on the walls so i don't see why they wouldn't be allowed.
