Don't use a chair because it blocks the view of people behind and around you that are sitting on the floor, rather purchase a ticket that includes a cushion and you can also sit along the back walls to lean against without blocking people's view

When it first started most people were sitting on the floor. What I’ve seen recently is most people (almost everyone) has a chair. Source: friend worlds the concession stand now.
There's also chairs and benches in some of the circles to sit in, though depending on how busy it is, you may have to wait for someone to leave to get one (the video cycles every 20ish minutes). I did see one staff member with a chair, not sure how many "extras" they have on hand for requests.
