Welcome To Wednesday Afternoon And Thank You For This Review Forum. I was helped and assisted with great patience this afternoon by Joe at your Fontana, CA facility. Between the telephones and the computers, we experienced several delays in establishing my new rental unit. We pushed through and got it done. Not once did Joe make me feel rushed or hurried for utilizing so much of his time and resources throughout the process. Kudos to Upper Management for their insight in hiring Managers of Joe’s caliber to run the local facilities and sites. DK•🥀•

Azusena was amazing with efficiency and patience. She knows her job and helped me get the best unit at the facility closes to me. Don was awesome!!!!! He was so helpful and friendly with getting us a storage space for our RV. The physicality was so nice and clean! They really take care of that place. He was so fast with the service, we got in an got out. Every other storage unit was full, but Don reserved and held the spot for us : ) we are really appreciative of him! Thank you Don! : ))

Absolutely the management team of Azusena and Don were spectacular, they worked with me and gave me a better deal than I even asked for. I never knew storage could be fun I’ve been with Extra Space since 2017 And have been very happy the space stays clean there’s no signs of rodent activity, all of the contents were nice and dry. I feel safe with secure gates and lots of lighting.
