I do not know why they have 4.5 stars? A couple of days ago I called to look for a semi-circle plug valve cover for a 1997 Toyota truck. Even though I provided all the specifications they did not know what it was! They couldn't find it in their store or help me to find it somewhere else. I just can't believe people that have so many years of experience are so mediocre in what they do! I have no experience in the "mechanic world" let alone procuring parts. However, it took me 20 minutes to find it and order it on the internet (e-bay). this is the third time I call or visit the store and they never have or help me find what I need. It must be noted that they use to have good customer service and also good prices, but now they are lowering the quality in all aspects and raising prices (which is normal when companies get complacent). In the long run, these are not good business practices. So, sorry guys you just lost a loyal customer!

Cheap low quality parts. Spent few more bucks and save all the hustle trying to return the part. Their prices are cheap but parts are low quality and will fail soon, specially sensors.
