Front desk lady who help draw my newborns blood, RUDE & not compassionate to a mothers feelings as I watch my FOUR DAY OLD get blood drawn. My child is screaming and crying and she has the audacity to say “don’t coddle him, makes the blood come out faster” first off, she is my daughter, second I will coddle my child if they are upset. The lady who originally took my daughters blood was nice & compassionate. Just advice to the front desk lady- with mothers who just gave birth, be more empathetic to how we feel seeing our child cry in pain or as she said “uncomfortable”. It was a traumatizing event for me in general, your comments made it worse & will not be going there ever again with my child.

Had to come twice in a week for blood work for my daughter and for a biometric screening for me. She had an appointment and I didn’t and both times the process was smooth. All the employees are friendly. The place is super clean and you feel safe while visiting. Thanks for making this easy for us!
