I have been bringing my children for the last 4 years and Staff is great. Debbie has always been great at her job and relatable and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Chong has been great as well, he always takes his time and listens. Wait time has never been crazy long and every time we leave the office we are content. The staff and environment is great overall. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I am going to West Point Medical for the diet program. I have been going off and in for years. I went on Friday and I have been going through some things in my life. I was called in the back to receive my shots. Silvia the Medical Assistant or R.N sorry I didn't ask her. While, getting my shots and I broke down crying and Silvia was very caring and allowed me to vent to hear and I appreciate that. I have been holding my problems in and really needed to get it off my chest and it just came all out and she handled it very well and I appreciate Sylvia for allowing me to vent my issues and problems out to her even though I was there for shots. Sylvia just makes you feel so comfortable especially while she's giving you shots. I just want to say thank you Sylvia for allowing me to vent to you and being listening ear. West Point Medical center you did a great job in hiring a wonderful person like Sylvia. Sylvia is a wonderful person and anyone getting shots ask for Sylvia she does it so good where you don't even feel the pain. I feel like when I go to West Point I'm getting top notch service from Sylvia A+++
