I definitely would recommend this place to everyone. We went to Toyota and they wanted to sell us a 2019 Toyota for practically the price of a new one with a ridiculous monthly payment. We went to Valley Kia and Roberto was amazing he worked with is and the rest of the team and we left with a brand new 2022 Kia Forte for less than the Toyota. They treated us so well a month later we traded our old SUV for a 2022 Kia Sorento. I HIGHLY recommend them, especially Roberto, he's a great guy.

I recently purchased my 2019 Kia Soul lease...its a great car, roomy, and has good gas mileage. The staff really tries to make you comfortable, and they treated me like this was my first visit, even tho I'd leased my Kia for 3 yrs! I just had a tune up last week which was complimentary; they checked everything, made sure it was okay for any trips I may be going on- I just love my Kia, I even gave her a name: "Sylver"( she's silver) Thank you, Valley Kia, for your excellent service!

Unprofessional service team. Avoid at all cost. Sent my perfectly working Sorento for a recall and ended up having my vehicle broken down within 10 minutes leaving the dealership. All lights were up. I was stalled on the shoulder of a freeway for over an hour under 100F. The customer service at the Service Department was non-existent. When I tried to call them for help, they showed no intention to help, told me immediately over the phone that their repair would not have possibly caused the problem, and said I could tow it back for a complimentary inspection on my own expense. So I did. It was not until my husband showed them a picture of a damaged wire next to their newly installed kit later that they turned into a softer tone. Nonetheless, they never apologized for that and continued to accuse us for battery and alternator problems, offering a $1k fee for replacing the latter. They said the alternator was broken and could not charge. However, my husband later discovered that a bolt behind the alternator was loosen. Once it was tightened, everything worked fine. It was unclear whether the bolt was loosen on purpose or that their technician failed to notice this mistake. In conclusion, I would say that this dealership was not helpful, unprofessional, and tried to blame everything to the customers. Avoid if you can.

I would give less if I could. My warranty work was done poorly and had to be redone. They had given it to me with hand prints all over the headliner. They had my vehicle over 9 weeks and I almost never got updates unless I called. This was originally supposed to be a 2 day job. If I can avoid it I will never come back. Also asked to speak with the service manager at least 5 times but he was always busy and never called back.

I have never had any problems with the service we have bought 4 cars from there And customer service is great Maurice is awesome treats us like family. When it’s time for oil change service department is also great Frank Morales. Always gives great customer service as well as other employees in service. Overall service has always been great
I've never had an issue with scheduling. I checked online a Thursday and was able to get it that following Monday. Call if it's pretty urgent maybe they'll take you in?

Check with the kia service center. We've only had our kia sportage 2 weeks. Before we had 2 kia Forte. Ask for Maurice.
Already called them. They said our new 2020 kia doesnt come with it. When we were told we would have it free for 3 months. Been going back and forth with kia dealer and sirius xm. Guess we dont get it. They told us we would have it. Our 3rd kia. Dont like liars.

I'm not sure what you mean by device but if your having technical issues with touch screen or USB port area yes service can repair that. They are actually repairing mine tomorrow due to a defect.
