What happened to customer service. No one answered, i went straight to a spanish voicemail.... This kia dealership need a overhaul of how to attract and keep good customers

I have never had any problems with the service we have bought 4 cars from there And customer service is great Maurice is awesome treats us like family. When it’s time for oil change service department is also great Frank Morales. Always gives great customer service as well as other employees in service. Overall service has always been great
