I reserved a small car, and when I got there it was a surprise. I asked how was it on gas, I was lied to. I spent more money on gas than I did my entire trip. The guy inside was rude. I'll never rent from Fontana Hertz again.

Horrible! Horrible all the way around! Rented a car to go on vacation. The car started braking on the freeway come to find out there is a problem with those kind of cars ( Nissan kicks). I called customer service and told us to contact the nearest hertz rental to return car so I did they had run rented all cars. As we carefully started driving home and ended our vacation early fue to the safety on this car. I call the office to tell them that vacation ended early due the problem and no one could help us. The supervisor Jon could not help gave me the option to return the car or go to another location to exchange car when there was no need to keep. car

Had a great experience here. I rented a Ford Fiesta and it was an awesome car. I drove it to Alburquerque and back with no issues.

Reserved a car yesterday for 11am today .. it’s now 1152am and they still, don’t have my car.. one showed up and now I have to wait for it to get sanitized., meanwhile my 3 year old daughter has to wait out in the sun for an hour!!!! if I’m late returning I get charged .., how about hertz, what do they receive as a penalty?? As I stand here a customer that came in 20 min after I did , has gotten his car ., perhaps it’s because he is white and I’m not??? Or maybe it’s because I took insurance true a third party and not with them.
