The strawberry pancakes had IHOP level topping on them, but cost 3x what IHOP charges because it’s at the beach…? We got a really bad vibe from the people working here that we were not wanted. My son is sometimes hard to understand by strangers but every restaurant we’ve gone to, the servers have been able to understand what he’s ordering. Our server didn’t even try, or interact with him- she just stared at me until I told her what he wanted. Overpriced breakfast with big time ableist vibes, do not recommend.

You can tell they were short staffed, but that's not why I knocked off two stars. All the ladies that work here were very nice and the food was great. It was very hot in there to the point I had to take my 10 month old out because he was getting too hot. Other than that, it was great.

Super friendly staff old school laid back. Some prices are high for quantity. But quality is decent. I eaten here 3 times this week on vaca. Ide come back. P.s French toast is awsome..

Poor customer service! Loved coming here in the past. Not busy this morning, slow service and my feta cheese on my omelette didn't taste right. By the time waitress came back around, my wife was done eating. Even though the waitress said she would have it taken off the bill, the manager said I should have sent it back and got something else.
