Enter the tracking number in your web browser search bar and it will show up.
You can go to USPS.com or your local post office and fill out a Forwarding slip from where the mail is coming in to where you want to go and the dates. The post office can forward for up to a year I believe.
Maybe because the birthday card weighed more? Some cards need more stamps? I would take into the post office for them to weigh have anything in them or an odd shape.
