Very Disappointed in our government help. Mailed document twice and was returned, both times. So I went to office in person no changes were made and they recorded it. I just wish people who I pay with my tax money and the $30.00 fee would do there job.

Their hours are Monday thru Friday 8-5. Closed on holidays. If you have to record, get there by 4:45.
$30 per document, but there are some that may be more. Go to the accesskent.com Register of Deeds page for additional fees.
