Trifling! Do not honor their quotes! Now that's just unethical and bad business. I emailed to get a quote on 1/24/2019 and was told $6.75 per pallet, I called today and the price was switched to $8.00 per pallet. I said to the young lady who answered the phone "So you guys aren't gonna honor your quote?" She put me on hold and came back and said "He said we can do $7.25" I told her never mind I will take my business elsewhere.
