The trailers are run down and the people that live there have no way to contact landlord. The walls were literally falling in on one trailer and the plugs have caught fire and all they did was put a new plug. The bath tub rocks and the floor is rotting. Code in forcemeat needs to pay a visit and help these people out. The land lord just keeps raising rent but fixing nothing.

Run, I rented a place and couldn't stay because of rats. Then no heat worked and a pipe broke. They never answered any calls. Left messages they never responded. Left notes and still never responded. I had to move again!

A little high on rent but it's a great place to live, if you're looking for something small.
