I would give 0 stars if I could. There is so much bleach in our water, there is always a residue left on the shower floor. I have slipped in the shower twice. Now, while taking a shower my eyes burn, I feel like I have a chemical burn in my esophagus, and my nose burns and I'm constantly sneezing. This is ridiculous and unsafe. Do better. We are people and your water is causing harm to those who live here. I'm a mom and don't feel like it's safe to bathe my child in this "water" or cook with it.

They have no care for citizens who pay their water bills all kinds of rates and my water is cheaper than the add stuff ..no feelings cold people

Paid bill my mail… place never got it so from then on took bill to drive thru. Now have taken to drive thru and check still had not come out of my bank.. been over 2 weeks… what is happening?
