They tell us the water be on on Friday first time paying water new house and no water no call they never answer the phone we are not happy horrible service

One star it's too much for the awful service the horrible treat to the customer plus they don't accept the most important way to pay in America the credit or debit card

Yes Alex I did and it gave the cost for the basic cost per gallon but they also charged me for a tier 1, 2,3 with no explain
