Sometimes it's excellent service and sometimes it's the complete opposite. There is no in between. You will either be treated like your someone important, or like you are someone that is not. I've been there several times over the last 7 years and they are consistently in consistent. Basicly you will get the royal treatment or you will not!!! I guess it depends on what doctors are working when you go in. I try not to go here from 11pm to 7am. It seems like the doctors working those hours are the most unprofessional and that's probably why they are scheduled to work that shift...

Every time I’ve been to this ER the staff are incredible from entry through the whole process. My nurse last time Alison went above and beyond in helping me after having an allergic reaction to a medicine. The doctor that night was just as sweet and helpful and made me feel so comfortable through my whole experience. This is by far my favorite banner Er in the valley! Thanks to the incredible nurses and doctors for all their courageous work on the front lines!!

Phenomenal experience. Not physically!!!! I came in very sick and everyone from the lady behind the front counter, to every staff member who I dealt with was very kind and professional. Friendly, they made what I had to go through bearable. Awesome people. I recommend this place 100 percent. The facility was very clean and comfortable.
