The delivery person on my route always puts the boxes in front of my gate. The gate opens out so this means if the box is in front of the gate either the gate opener stalls and burns out fuses or the box is damaged or if the person going out sees it in time they have to walk down to the gate, open a man gate and move all of the boxes and walk back and get a vehicle to pick up the delivery. I have posted a sign saying the gate opens out. This hasn’t changed where the boxes get put. Not sure what’s next but wish everyone would ship UPS. They never do stupid things like this.

Packages need to be dropped off no later than 350 pm to make the Airplane, some West coast only packages may be dropped off before 5:30 pm
Due to connecting flights there are not extended shipping hours. Anything that routes thru Memphis has a cutoff of 4 PM and anything that routes thru Portland or Seattle has a cutoff of 5:30. Keep in mind that weather in either Medford or another ramp location could dictate a slightly earlier cutoff.

It's cheaper and easier to just drop it off yourself. Otherwise, you gotta call and schedule something. And there may be a fee for picking it up.
