I come here every few weeks to stock up on dry goods and vitamins. As others mentioned, they are pricey but they are in-line with other specialty groceries stores like the Ashland Co-op. The store is clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. One evening, I absolutely needed something very specific and called them up. The person who answered the phone confirmed that they had the item in stock, so I booked it to Medford! Of course I couldn't locate the item in the store so I needed someone's help. They found it very quickly for me. The cashier was so pleasant as well. I inquired about the weird closing times, and they explained that the owners chose the times so that employees could go home and relax with their families. The only improvement area would be a more robust produce area, which would eliminate the need for me to run to the Ashland Co-op every week.

Amazing natural selections & very nice, helpful & down to earth employees. Supplement section is off the hook! Great snacks & spirits too. Wish I lived closer so I could shop there more often!
