Thank you so much to all the staff there. They made my detox and rehab so much better than I thought. They literally saved my life and my family.

I owe a huge, huge thank you to all of my family members, the wonderful staff, the amazing counselors, the house managers, the nurses and whomever else may have had an impact on me during my stay at common ground. Thank you all for being yourselves and showing me unconditional love and support. Common Ground taught me alot about doing the right thing even when you don't want to, the house was always patient with me and when I was finally able to open up and talk about what was I was thinking about in my head and my feelings, the whole family was so supportive and I felt like they each individually cared and were considerate of my feelings. they all had wise words of encouragement and made sure that I knew that I wasn't alone in my stuggles and reassured me that eventually everything will work out the way it's supposed to for me. I received nothing but positive vibes and great advice that I'll remember for the rest of my life. thank you all for making me feel like someone truly cared, for just a minute, and for making me feel like I'm not so alone after all, and reminding me over and over that it's going to be okay... that I'm going to be okay. There's a special place in my heart for all of you. Kissesπ

This review comes from personal experience as well as insight from other patients, friends and acquaintances. For several years I've heard Nothing but complaints and criticism in regards to this program. Personally I can say that the philosophy and curriculum that the program is based on may be soundβ, but the degree to which it is carried out, falls far short. From the top, with those in charge to the bottom. I've experienced personal bias and neglect. Inefficiency and negative behavior from the staff have become the norm. It jeopardizes everyones sobriety and OUR very lives!

It makes me sad to see all the negative reviews. This place saved my life. They took me in and literally nursed me back to the life I deserve. If you are serious about recovery and are willing to do the footwork they will guide you. The staff cannot do it for you, you have to do it for yourself. However, they will provide you with the tools you need. If you expect a miracle you are the only one that can make that happen. I owe them my life and will always be grateful for what they provided me. Thank you Common Ground!

It varies depending on what staff, but normally before 3pm. I hope that helps.
No they can not confirm or deny if they are their, unless a release of information was signed by the client with your name on it. And even then they would have to forward your information to someone who can give you that information
It is advised to not send mail with money it. The staff does do a cigarette run once a week. You can drop off cigarettes to her. Just let the staff know who you are dropping them off for.
The staff are very rude, they do not keep a good eye on the patients, the staff does not communicate with eachother. Its a joke there. The patients run the program they cook the food they clean the place staff does very little.
