Yes, I have a package deal I pay monthly. They offer 3 different packages. I have the more expensive one but you could choose what fits your budget. I like that I get 2 service checks a year.
I have a maintenance contract for my heat pump. Twice a year they come and do maintenance check of system and change any filters. Also, you get priority over any calls and discounts on any parts. They offer different plans for your budget and they can break contract into monthly payments and always friendly.
We typically do not work on window AC units. These units are more of an appliance than a system.
