How can they cut off your water for just not paying your water bill on time? The electric company doesn’t cut off your power if your late, your mortgage company doesn’t foreclose just because your late. Is it even legal? Seems like it’s run by the mob

Absolutely the WORST website in the entire world to try to pay your bill on. Would gladly pay more just to not have to deal with the BS hassle of it! Get it together Benbrook! Only gave 1 star because zero stars is not an option!

They don’t send you a bill, but then send you a disconnection notice and charge you late fees for a bill you never received. Apparently you are just supposed to guess how much and when to pay.
