Move in was easy and the management staff was very friendly! The property is very well kept and haven’t run into any issues so far. Going into an apartment again after 4+ years I was worried about parking but I always am able to park right in front of my apartment every time no issue.

Moved in June 3rd. Roaches, it was surface cleaned before we moved in but deep down was not clean, found dead roaches upon moving in and deep cleaning ourselves, now finding live roaches. Coming out from a crack in the wall. Told we’d be on top of pest controls list. AC hasn’t worked properly since move in. Notified office staff “you’re setting it to wrong temperature” still not working “oh no that’s the wrong temp, set it at this temperature.” Long story over a month and a half later with many different complaints finally now we get a portable AC “because we have to go through STEPS to replace an AC.” At first that was fine because something was being done, but we were told we’d receive constant updates and they could be reached over the phone… You guessed it neither happened. Also portable AC doesn’t really help With the unit AC on 75 and portable AC running the AT NIGHT temp reached 84. Multiple times things have changed such as insurance/staff changes/other need to know things. No emails or calls… have only been notified of a change after it has affected us. I would love for staff to see this review and actually talk to me and get things changed, and yes they have “talked to us” but it feels like stalling and running around the bush. No straight answers, vague “steps” to get an AC replaced and feeling disregarded has happened. Feel terrible about leaving a public review that may hurt business but I’m not sure how else to get the changes we need. 87 at night when the thermostat is 75 needs to be fixed.

Pretty sure positive reviews are fake reviews. Don’t even try to move here… they don’t have a stable office staff. I paid for my application fee and have to hound them daily for an update… still don’t get one. New person there every single day. They don’t have ANY videos or photos of any apartments. Expected me to pay an admin fee when they can’t even tell me I’m approved nor what appliances are even in my apartment… the real kicker is they don’t even have a golf cart to give you a ride to the apartment they make you walk. I’m 7 months pregnant and had to walk a mile to an apartment In 106 degree weather all for it to not even be the floor plan I’m getting. When I ask, what will my my appliances be the staff literally told me they don’t know and that they would have to CALL THE CURRENT RESIDENT TO ASK THEM. This is ratchet LOL. But I guess they can use my $50 application fee to go towards a golf cart. I’ll consider it a donation!
