We have lived here seven years. Now it wasn't always this bad. My plumbing has been backing up for at least a year. They'll come unclog it but the same day it's back clogged. There's no need in calling the after-hour line because they never answer. My toilets have been clogged all weekend. The dumpsters are always full so there's always trash in the parking lots. And let's not mention that there are so many guest parking that it leaves residents searching for parking. The rent goes up every time you renew your lease. Just a bad experience all the way around.

Be very careful they just want to steal your money, at the end of July I went to the office because I was looking for apartments, the lady who assisted me told me that there were some apartments being remodeled but by the date I needed them they would be ready. I fill my application I pay 400 dlls 250 deposit and the other 150 for the application. A week later they call me saying that I was approved, when I was about to move on August 5 they call me apologizing because they are not ready yet, they tell me that they will be ready by August 15, then they call me and tell me that for the 20 and when I called before moving they changed my date to September 2 and they told me that it wasn't sure if I could change, I can't keep waiting because my contract expires on the 5th and I need to move sooner. I call them to ask them to give me the money back because I can't keep waiting and they tell me that they can only return the deposit with which I don't agree, if they had told me that the date of the apartment could change I just don't apply here , the lady who answered me when I called today told me that manager Sabrina would be there tomorrow morning and now when my husband calls her to ask, they tell him that she is sick and that she doesn't know when she will be there. It's a lousy place, they trick you into applying and keeping your money, I don't recommend it at all and apart from that they lie to you. If you want a place where you get ripped off this is the one. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I stay in the house and mind my own business its quiet and not bad been here 2 years dont have an issue either just have an upstairs neighbor who beats his girlfriend but again i mind my own business to not have issues
I been there a yr and my neighbors close too 6 yrs a piece neither one has had any problems if things happen in my unit its fix within a day or two

Yes, the bathroom is a separate room from the bedroom. We have a standard one bedroom and that's our configuration.
I thought there was more than one laundromat. If not, the one I know of is by the gated tennis court by the end of the apartment behind Serrano Apartments.

As of July 2019, yes you can pay online using the portal. The portal is awesome. Anyways, if you pay by debit card, there's a $4.95 flat fee. If you pay by bank account (like an e check) then it's free, no fee or anything. Once you connect your debit card or checking account, you can set up auto pay if you want.
