How is the surrounding area and how are the apartments? I've seen alot of mix reviews on several websites. and would really like to know how the area is during the day and during the night? is it a safe area?

I stay in the house and mind my own business its quiet and not bad been here 2 years dont have an issue either just have an upstairs neighbor who beats his girlfriend but again i mind my own business to not have issues

Great question. I too had the exact same concern when my pregnant fiance and I were considering moving here, which we did after extensive research and speaking with the local Patrol Officer with the FWPD. What I did was I looked at a crime map of the area and looked at all the crimes over the past six months to get an idea of the threat level. After that, I went on Fort Worth's website and was actually able to get the phone number for the Patrol Officer with the police department. His name is Officer Grinalds (can't remember his first name but it's on the FW website). He and I had a 15 minute convo about the area, this apartment complex, and how the area has significantly improved over the past few years. He made me feel so much better about the area, and I recommend that anybody who's concerned about the area call him. He's very helpful and happy to chat. The bottom line is this: as long as you are smart and aware, you won't be the victim of a crime.

I lived there for 3 yrs, if you mind your business be friendly it's fine. I never had problems. The surrounding area well that's schetchy, to the back of the property brown complex is where it's horrible. The black gated property is mostly elderly so that's fine.
