This place has ROACHES!! The apartments are cute inside…but like i said its infested with roaches!!! The parking super sucks…the reception for cell phone isnt good! The staff is very nice and works with you but i couldnt deal with the roaches!!!

Great place to live. Love how spacious they are! Tania is kind and professional. Maintenance is very quick to repair any issues that may arise. I highly recommend living here!

I have no answers for these questions, because they change at different times. I would suggest that the person whom is asking, just call them. I do know that they have 1,2, & 3 bedrooms.

We are all bills paid. Primavera Apts. provides electricity.

Yes fixing to move out the end of Sept every body that comes has to register even if they are here 5 minutes every person that comes can only visit 3 times a week
